$0. Includes 1 seat, 100 AI resolutions/month, web chat & email channels, 1 storefront, a hosted help center, and Insights & CSAT. If you hit the resolution cap you can buy a top-up pack — 100 resolutions for $15 — instead of upgrading.

Growth — $59/month ($47/month billed annually)

3 seats, 500 AI resolutions/month, chat, email, WhatsApp & SMS, the AI voice agent (30 voice minutes/month included), 2 storefronts with AI order status, refunds & returns, custom domain & white-label, priority support.

Pro — $199/month ($159/month billed annually)

10 seats, 2,500 AI resolutions/month, all 11 channels (adds Telegram, Slack, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Teams and voice), 200 voice minutes/month, 5 storefronts including Lovable / Bolt.new / Cursor-built stores, public API, simulations & agent coaching, priority support.

Overage & top-ups

  • Extra AI resolutions on paid plans bill at $0.25 each on your invoice.
  • Extra voice minutes bill at $0.25/minute ($0.20 on Scale).
  • SMS overage is $0.02/message.
  • On Starter the AI pauses at 100 resolutions until the month renews — or use a $15 top-up pack (100 resolutions) to keep going.

Change or cancel anytime

Upgrade, downgrade or cancel in Settings → Billing. Cancel anytime and keep using the free Starter plan. Billing disputes: email support@answerridge.com with your workspace name and invoice.
