How we protect data

- Tenant isolation — every workspace's data is isolated per tenant; your customers' data is never shared with other workspaces.
- SOC 2 & DPA — a SOC 2 report and data-processing agreement are available on the Scale plan.
- Access controls — per-role permissions for teammates, SSO/SAML on Scale, audit logs on Scale.
