Where to see usage

Settings → Billing shows seats in use, AI resolutions this period, and your plan's limits. Developer Portal shows API usage per key.

What happens at the limit

• AI resolutions — past the included volume, overage applies or the AI defers to your team, depending on your plan.
• API rate limits — each API key has per-minute and per-day limits; exceeding them returns 429 Too Many Requests.

Approaching a limit? Upgrade your plan or, for API, request higher limits on the key.
