Verify your sending domain
Add SPF/DKIM records so your replies land in the inbox, not spam.
Verify your sending domain
Domain verification proves you own the domain you send from and dramatically improves deliverability.
Add the DNS records
In Settings → Email → Sending domain, AnswerRidge shows the DNS records to add at your domain registrar:
- SPF — authorizes AnswerRidge to send for your domain.
- DKIM — cryptographically signs your mail.
- Return-Path / DMARC (recommended) — alignment and reporting.
Verify
After adding the records, click Verify. DNS can take from minutes to a few hours to propagate. Once verified, email_domain_verified flips to true and replies send from your domain.
Until your domain is verified, AnswerRidge sends from a safe default address so support never stops working.
