Install the AnswerRidge plugin on your WooCommerce or WordPress store to sync orders and customers.

Overview

The AnswerRidge plugin connects your WooCommerce or WordPress site to your helpdesk. It imports orders, customers, and products so the AI can answer order questions accurately.

Installation

  1. Download the plugin from Settings > Integrations > WooCommerce.
  2. Upload and activate it in WordPress.
  3. Paste your AnswerRidge API key and tenant slug.
  4. Run the first sync from the plugin settings.

What syncs

  • Orders, order status, and tracking numbers
  • Customer profiles and guest checkouts
  • Product catalog and inventory levels

Troubleshooting

If the sync fails, check that your store URL is reachable and the API key has store_read scope.
